Enrolments are now open for Kindy 2026
Step 1
Fill out the Application Form.
Return to the office along with the following documents:
(Part A) along with copies of the documents listed below.
Child's Birth Certificate (Original or certified copy);
Current Australian Childhood Immunisation Register history statement.
Proof of residential address:
A current rate notice or
A current rental agreement
Current utilities bill
Visa Grant Notice:
Child's Passport;
Parents Passport;
If applicable.
Family Court Orders or parenting plans registered with the Family Court;
Medical – any special medical care plans, diagnosis reports (e.g. asthma, anaphylaxis).
Step 2
Wilson Primary School is a local intake school , all Kindy applications are presented to the Principal for endorsement. We will be in contact in late July/ early August, once Kindy applications close to advise the next step in our enrolment process, a letter of acceptance will be emailed to families with a placement at our school.
Step 3
If you have an offer of a place and want to accept it, complete and return the following documents via return email or handing in completed documentation to our front office.

Health Care Summary Form 1
Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) (please see attached information sheet) if you have not sent already
An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old, with a status of ‘up to date’; or
An AIR Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old, showing the status is ‘not up to date’ and an approved catchup schedule; or
A valid immunisation certificate issued or declared by the Chief Health Officer.
Kindergarten is not a compulsory year, so classes and numbers will be capped once they are full and a waitlist will be started.
